佛山一些流动摊档售卖“问题冬枣” 过量食用会损伤肝脏和神经系统
“味道比较甜，但是甜得很奇怪！”昨日，有市民爆料称，在市场买到的大红枣价格便宜，颜色也很靓，但味道有点怪。有水果业内人士透露，这种红枣可能是用糖精和滚水炮制而成的“糖精枣”，过量食用会损伤肝脏和神经系统，对小孩、孕妇等伤害更大。
佛山市食药监部门表示，对于售卖该枣的流动摊贩目前无法通过检测作为执法依据，只能依法取缔并寻找源头。
红冬枣味道甜得有点怪
进入秋天，主打“又脆又甜”的冬枣成为不少市民的心水之选。不过近日不断有佛山市民向记者反映，自己可能买到了“毒枣”。
“看着那红亮、新鲜大枣，我被诱惑了，买三斤回家好好享用，家人吃了几个都说味道有点奇怪。”家住普君北路的秦女士昨日向记者表示，前日在普君市场附近购买的红枣是鲜亮的紫红色，个头很大，价格也很便宜，只要3元/斤，更奇怪的是，只过了一晚一大半枣子就坏了。
“味道比较甜，但是甜得很奇怪！”秦女士表示，自己上网查询，发现冬枣不会全身都是红色，而是有一部分绿色、一部分红色，表面也更光滑。
那么，秦女士买到的“大红枣”到底什么枣子呢？人吃后会不会有问题？
走访：“红冬枣”挺便宜
昨日在普君市场旁的水果摊，记者找到了这一款红冬枣。枣子平均直径超过3厘米，个头很大，不过枣子表面不算光滑，形状也不规则。档主在一块木板上写着“大红枣、超甜”等字样，价格为5元两斤，只买1斤则为3元。“很便宜，来两斤吧！一天就能卖上百斤。”该档主表示。
随后，记者在汽车站附近的红路市场、桂城等地的市场附近也见到了这样的红冬枣，价格在3~5元/斤之间。除了这款红冬枣之外，记者走访看到，目前上市的冬枣种类多样，颜色都为青色。
揭秘：红冬枣对身体有害
那为什么这款冬枣颜色是紫红色？“很简单，糖精加滚水，泡一泡就行了！”据一从事水果批发生意的人士透露，这种枣子叫“糖精枣”。
“很多人认为枣子红的才算成熟。所以为了吸引消费者，不良商家就可能把青枣处理成红色。”该人士表示，正常成熟的枣子是青里带红，向太阳的一面是红色，农民一般在枣子青色时就采摘上市，所以枣子如果全身通红，肯定有问题。
据了解，普通枣子在放置后只会水分流失，但被“美容”后的“糖精枣”特别容易腐烂。“所以，还有商家会在泡枣时添加防腐剂。”该人士透露。
为了求证这位业内人士的说法，记者佯装卖枣的同行，在红路市场向一水果档主询问其所售卖的红枣是否属于“糖精枣”，在一番努力后，该档主表示：“确实用糖水泡过，味道会更甜，对人绝对没害处。”
那么，到底有没有害呢？据了解，糖精的甜度是白砂糖的200~700倍，经常食用糖精含量超标的食品，会对肝脏和神经系统造成危害，特别是对老人、孕妇、小孩危害更明显。
食药监部门：
将寻糖精红冬枣源头
禅城区食品药品监督管理局相关负责人表示， 国家明令禁止在水果中添加糖精，但目前对于食品问题的检测主要是针对市场、超市等固定场所的蔬菜、水果进行抽检。“有营业执照的才能通过第三方检验并作为执法依据，对于流动摊贩，目前没办法作为执法依据。”
这意味着，即使一个流动摊贩的产品被检测出问题，也无法作为执法依据进行处理。该负责人表示，部门将依法对流动摊贩直接取缔，并努力寻找源头。
此外，如果在市场、超市内的水果档遇到疑似水果问题，市民可拨打12345进行举报，食药监部门将在核实问题、进行第三方检测后依法处理。
